Kobe

Hi there! I'm Kobe, and I'm here to tell you about Dalmatian Rescue of North Texas. My son, LeBron, and I are being taken care of by our friends at Dalmatian Rescue North Texas. I am happy now but had a very hard life before I came here. My son and I were left alone outside. We were starving, had worms and had heartworm. I had been hit by a car and hurt my hip. I received no medical care, so it healed frozen in place. I couldn't stand on it, and it hurt. A Good Samaritan called the authorities for us to get us help. They called DRNT who took us in immediately.

DRNT took wonderful care of me. First, they treated my heartworm. Then, they called in a specialist to look at my hip. He did a complex surgery on me. After I healed, my kind friends at DRNT drove me back and forth to Rehab every day for months. I got to walk in a water treadmill. I even had a video made of me walking the treadmill so I'm a star! Several months later, I have recovered completely! I am happy and walking. My son is with me and is also happy and healthy. DRNT spoils us. We even get to go to some of their community events to meet and greet the people. We are now waiting for our forever home where we can be together. Know anyone? We're real cuties!
